This month the Love Life! Team will be focusing on eating local and will be sharing recipes in our free cooking classes featuring local ingredients. Our menu for classes at our Oahu locations will be a savory raw pie featuring local tomatoes and Ko Farm kale, tumeric-garlic fried rice, and raw cacao macaroons with local coconut.

A Day at Oko’a Farm

Getting directions to visit local farmer Ryan Earehart’s Oko’a Farm in Kula, Maui doesn’t include any street names or address numbers but is instead a list of agricultural references: “Drive until you see a tractor on your right.
